Seeing a photographer with so much "photo stuff" drew plenty of stares in this picturesque and quaint region in the White Mountains. One gentleman asked me if I was a magician because I had my light-blocking, black cloak over the lens and my shoulders! The people of this small hamlet were so curious and friendly, I bet ten people looked through my lens that day!
