Our motto: We'd rather shoot it than shovel it. Winter is a great time to take photographs. The added bonus is the speed in which you are forced to work in the cold. It helps you focus your ideas and cut out the unnecessary. I love the way the heating grate balances the benches. It is a challenge to print, too, with the crisp white next to the dark areas. This is one time when colour film would have been useless.
